Recent consulting work includes assisting physical and digital product startups with UX team development, user research, product development plans, and hiring plans for designers, product managers, and researchers.  Erica also actively mentors junior researchers and anthropologists considering a career in technology.

In addition to consulting for startups, scaleups, and nonprofits, Erica has taken on full-time positions leading teams of user researchers, designers, tech writers, and product managers across the globe for several large international firms.
